STEP 1 - Waiting List

• Submit a Waiting List Application (Waiting List) with $50 fee - required only when desired grade is full or we are not yet accepting applications

STEP 2 - Application

• Deadline: March 1, 2012
• Complete and send Application for Admission form with application fee

STEP 3 - Testing

• Kindergarten Testing
  • March 13, 14 or 15 at 12:30pm
    
  • Office will notify parents by mail to which day to bring child
• Grades 1 to 8 Testing
  • March 17 at 9:00am
  • Test lasts approximately two hours (English and Math)
  • Bring copies of child's most recent report card and standardized test report
• There will be a $50 charge for all Makeup Admission tests
• March 30 - School will notify parents of their child's application status

STEP 4 - Registration and Confirmation

• Deadline: April 19
• Accepted students to submit all registration paperwork, including checks and fees
  • Financial Agreement
  • New student registration fee, activity fee, capital campaign fee
  • Annual tuition
  • Copy of birth certificate
• April 27 - School to notify parents of enrollment status

Required prior to starting school:

• Textbook fees ranging from $50-$350 per student (non-refundable)
• School and PE uniforms
• Transcript request form (grades 1-8)
• Student emergency form
• Immunization records
• Report of health exam (K and 1st grade)

The first day of school for the academic year 2012-13 will be Wednesday, August 29, 2012.
