New Registration Process
We have made several changes to the registration process. Be sure to read your registration packet closely. Below is a summary of the changes.
- The process for returning students has been simplified and can even be done by mail.
- For new students, we have revised the process to speed up registration confirmation for students. After admission testing all accepted students will be asked to submit registration paperwork. We will fill all the available seats according to priority and inform parents by the end of April whether their child’s registration is confirmed.
New Tuition Assistance Program
We are making some changes to our financial aid program. These changes will provide more comprehensive needs analysis, better address the needs of middle income families, increased confidentiality, and convenient online application and help. We will be using The School and Student Services (SSS) program, provided by the National Association of Independent Schools. For more than 2,400 schools, SSS by NAIS provides an objective and consistent method of determining a family’s ability to contribute to educational expenses. The new deadline to apply for tuition assistance will be March 1, 2012. Applicants must submit their completed 2011 tax return with their application. Look for more detailed information coming soon from the Financial Aid Committee.
